Our commitment

EmberTrack, operated by HelveticLabs, does not sell your personal information to third parties. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or any other purpose that would constitute “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the EmberTrack service — your email address, hashed password, timezone, streak data, and check-in logs. For a full description see our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services solely to operate EmberTrack (e.g. hosting, email delivery, error tracking, payment processing). These service providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

Even though we do not sell or share your personal information, California residents retain the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
